Nat is a multiple neurodivergent person who is quirky, creative, a nature lover and electronic dance music enthusiast.

Over the last 25years, Nat has held many roles in various contexts in mental health support in public, private and not for profit organisations. 

Nat works with neurodivergent people across the lifespan from 8yrs- 80yr+ in supporting their mental health and well-being.
